I work at two levels: 1. Behavioural skills: For example: Effective listening, feedback, giving impactful presentations, coaching as a leader, situational leadership, giving bad news, having difficult conversations etc. 2. Deeper themes: Examples: making genuine contact, managing boundaries, being in your power, reducing conflict avoidance.
Native English Originally from England, I moved to the Netherlands in 2010. I now also have the Dutch nationality and speak Dutch. I often work with internationals who are based in the Netherlands. My own experience of working in a different culture to the one I grew up in contributes to this work.
Clients Companies I have delivered training for include: Philips, Heineken, Mercedes Benz, ASICS, Deltares, TNO, University of Utrecht, Schouten & Nelissen, FrieslandCampina, Agendia, GITP and the International Baccalaureate Global Centre in The Hague.
I also deliver the personal leadership and communication skills programme which is part of the accredited Compliance Officer Training run by “The Ministry of Compliance” (part of Projective group) for Compliance Officers working in the financial sector. My programme consists of training workshops and individual coaching spread over several months, allowing time for reflection and experimentation between interventions.
Continuing Professional Development In over 20 years’ experience of leadership and communication skills training, I have continued to develop and refine my professional skills as a trainer and coach. Most recently at Phoenix Opleidingen: “Training at Identity Level” (2025) and “Mastery of Individual Coaching” (2026)
